We recognize that I Stretch My Hand may not give scholarship opportunities to all the kids in the South Sudanese Community due to our financial position. After carrying out a successful mentorship program in 2021 and getting an unexpectedly overwhelming student attendees of 100+, 250+ and 569+ in different parts of Kakuma Refugee Camp, we realized this is one of the many ways to reach a large number of our community kids who will not benefit directly from our Scholarship Program. On a yearly basis, ISMH will carry out mentorship program and cover topics such as career guidance, opportunities available in the Kakuma Refugee Camp and general motivation . Various speakers will be successful working professionals from Kenya and Canada and they will be sharing their unique stories.
